The short version: we look after your details, and we are fair if your plans change. The detail is below.
When you join the club or register for an event, we collect your first name, your email, and optionally what you are into. That is it.
We use it for one thing: to tell you about Ikarya events and the occasional reset. No spam, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details by emailing hello@ikarya.club. Event payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before an event starts, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
Within 48 hours of the event, we are happy to move your spot to a future event instead of a refund, so your place is never wasted.
If we ever cancel or reschedule an event, you get a full refund or a free transfer to the next one, whichever you prefer.
